The ₹500 home visit token

The ₹500 token confirms your home visit appointment.

• If you proceed with the order: the entire ₹500 is adjusted against your final bill.
• If you decide not to proceed after the visit: the ₹500 is retained against the cost of the visit. You keep the measurements and the recommendation.
• If you cancel before the visit: tell us at least 24 hours before the appointment and the token is refunded or the appointment rescheduled.
• If we cannot attend: the appointment is rescheduled at your convenience, or the token refunded in full.

Cancelling a confirmed order

Because every panel is fabricated to your measurements, an order can be cancelled without charge only before fabrication begins. Once material has been cut to your opening it cannot be used elsewhere, and cancellation charges will be advised at the time.

Goods sold over the counter

Articles once sold cannot be taken back.

Problems after installation
