PVC Strip Curtains in Kolkata
For openings people and trolleys pass through constantly, where a door is not practical.
A PVC strip curtain is a row of overlapping clear plastic strips hung from a header rail across an opening. Staff and trolleys walk straight through; the strips close behind them. It holds temperature, keeps dust and insects out, and cuts the noise between one area and another — without anyone having to open or close anything.
We supply the strip material by the roll and fit complete curtains with the header rail and hangers. Strip width, thickness and overlap are chosen for the opening: a cold room needs a different specification from a kitchen doorway, and a forklift route needs a different one again.

Installation
Every job follows the same seven steps — home visit, measurement, written quotation, confirmation, fitting and follow-up. The full process is set out here. Stock strip is available at the counter. Fitted curtains are scheduled against a site survey.
Maintenance
Wipe the strips with mild soapy water. Replace individual strips as they scuff — that is the point of the hanger system, and it is far cheaper than replacing the curtain.
How pricing works
We do not publish a rate card, because a custom-fabricated job does not have one. Your quotation is built from the measured area of each opening, the system and material you choose, the fabrication involved and the installation work required. The minimum chargeable area is 10 sq ft per window and 12 sq ft for balcony work. Every job is invoiced with GST.
Installation work carries a 24 months warranty, with the terms set out in your quotation.

Do you supply the strip only?
Yes. Strip is sold by the roll and cut to length at the shop, with the header rail and hangers if you want to fit it yourself.
What thickness do I need?
Doorway width, traffic type and whether the opening is chilled all decide it. Tell us the opening size and what passes through and we will specify it.
