Some jobs do not fit a product page. An arched verandah, a stairwell void, a factory roof opening, a temple courtyard, an atrium that needs bird protection without visible fixings — these are fabrication problems, and fabrication is what a netting business with a workshop and three and a half decades of practice is actually for.
Custom work starts with a site survey rather than a home visit, because the answer usually depends on what we can anchor into and how the opening is reached.

Installation
Every job follows the same seven steps — home visit, measurement, written quotation, confirmation, fitting and follow-up. The full process is set out here. Confirmed against the survey. Complex fabrication takes longer than standard systems and we will tell you honestly at survey stage.
Maintenance
Agreed as part of the specification, because custom installations vary too much for a general rule.
How pricing works
We do not publish a rate card, because a custom-fabricated job does not have one. Your quotation is built from the measured area of each opening, the system and material you choose, the fabrication involved and the installation work required. The minimum chargeable area is 10 sq ft per window and 12 sq ft for balcony work. Every job is invoiced with GST.
Installation work carries a 24 months warranty, with the terms set out in your quotation.

Do you work with architects and contractors?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Send drawings and we will come back with a specification and a quotation.
Is there a minimum job size?
For survey-based work, no fixed minimum — but very small jobs are usually better served by one of our standard systems.
