Quotations

Quotations are based on measurements taken at the site, or on measurements supplied by you. Where you supply the measurements, the fabricated size follows those figures, and we cannot accept responsibility for a panel that does not fit because the measurement was inaccurate.

Minimum chargeable area

10 sq ft per window. A window smaller than 10 sq ft is charged at 10 sq ft. For balcony work the minimum chargeable area is 12 sq ft.

Home visits

Home visits are available for requirements of 5 windows and above. The ₹500 home visit token confirms the appointment and is adjusted in full against the final bill if you proceed with the order.

Timelines

Velcro systems are typically installed 2–3 days after order confirmation and sliding systems 7–8 days. These are typical timelines, not guaranteed dates, and vary with the site and order size.

Warranty

Installation work carries a 24 months warranty from the date of completion, covering workmanship. It does not cover accidental damage, damage caused by cleaning with hard brushes or pressure jets, alteration by others, or damage from structural movement or weather events.

Payment

Terms are stated on your quotation. All work is invoiced with GST.

Goods sold over the counter

As stated on our invoice, articles once sold cannot be taken back.

Jurisdiction

All matters are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction.
