A sliding mosquito mesh is a rigid framed panel that runs on a track fitted alongside your existing window or door. You slide it across when you want the opening screened and slide it back when you do not. Because it is framed and tracked, it holds its shape across spans where a fabric panel would sag.
It is the natural answer for aluminium sliding windows and for doors that get used daily. Each panel is fabricated to the measured opening, which is why it takes longer than a Velcro job and costs more per square foot.

Installation
Every job follows the same seven steps — home visit, measurement, written quotation, confirmation, fitting and follow-up. The full process is set out here. Usually fitted 7–8 days after confirmation, because each panel is fabricated to your opening.
Maintenance
Keep the track clear — grit in the channel is what makes a sliding panel stiff. Brush the mesh in place with mild soapy water and wipe the track out every few months.
How pricing works
We do not publish a rate card, because a custom-fabricated job does not have one. Your quotation is built from the measured area of each opening, the system and material you choose, the fabrication involved and the installation work required. The minimum chargeable area is 10 sq ft per window and 12 sq ft for balcony work. Every job is invoiced with GST.
Installation work carries a 24 months warranty, with the terms set out in your quotation.

How many tracks does my window have?
Look at the channel your existing sashes run in. Two sashes usually means two tracks, three sashes three. It matters because a mesh panel needs a track of its own or a track that can take one, and it is the first thing we ask on WhatsApp.
Can it be fitted without replacing my window?
In most cases yes — the track mounts alongside the existing frame. Whether that is possible on your window depends on the section depth and the surround, which is what the site measurement establishes.
