Installation
Every job follows the same seven steps — home visit, measurement, written quotation, confirmation, fitting and follow-up. The full process is set out here. 2–3 days for Velcro, 7–8 days for framed, pleated and roller systems.
Maintenance
Every system in our range is designed to be cleaned rather than replaced. Ask at the time of fitting and the technician will show you how yours comes apart.
How pricing works
We do not publish a rate card, because a custom-fabricated job does not have one. Your quotation is built from the measured area of each opening, the system and material you choose, the fabrication involved and the installation work required. The minimum chargeable area is 10 sq ft per window and 12 sq ft for balcony work. Every job is invoiced with GST.
Installation work carries a 24 months warranty, with the terms set out in your quotation.

About compare systems
Which is best value over ten years?
For fixed windows, Velcro, comfortably. For anything you walk through, a pleated or framed system, because a fabric panel on a door gets damaged and replaced repeatedly.
Can I mix systems in one flat?
Almost every job we do is mixed — Velcro on bedroom windows, pleated on the balcony door. It is the normal outcome of measuring room by room.
