What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp we collect the name, phone number, locality, requirement details and any photographs you choose to send. When you book a home visit we also record the service address and appointment time.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, schedule and carry out installation, and raise a GST invoice. We keep records of completed work for warranty purposes.

Who we share it with

Only our own technicians and, where required, our accountant for statutory filing. We do not sell customer data and we do not share it with third-party marketers.

Photographs of work

We publish photographs of completed installations only with the customer's permission, and never publish addresses, flat numbers or personal details.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Invoices and job records are retained as required under Indian tax law.

Your rights
