What a ₹500 Home Visit Actually Includes
A booking that turns into a discount, not a fee that disappears.
Charging for a measurement visit is unusual in this market, so it is worth setting out exactly what the ₹500 buys and why it exists.
What happens
A technician comes to your address at an agreed time. He brings material samples — actual mesh you can handle, not a photograph — the catalogue, and the options that suit the kind of windows you have described. He measures every opening himself, looks at how each window and door is built and how you use it, and recommends a system per opening.
For a typical three-bedroom flat this takes roughly forty-five minutes to an hour.
What you get afterwards
A written quotation built from the actual measurements, itemised by opening, showing the system, the material and the installation work. Not a rate per square foot shouted down a phone line.
How the token works
You pay ₹500 to confirm the appointment. If you place the order, the entire ₹500 is deducted from your final bill. You do not get a smaller discount, and it is not held against a minimum order value. If you decide not to proceed, you keep the measurements and the recommendation, and we keep the ₹500.
Why charge at all
Two reasons, and both are honest. A free visit means a technician spends his day at addresses where nobody intended to buy, and that cost ends up inside everyone's quotation. And a paid appointment is one that gets kept — which is why we can confirm a time rather than saying "someone will come."
When you should not book one
If you have fewer than five windows, the visit does not apply and we will tell you so. Measure them yourself and send it on WhatsApp. It costs nothing and it is quicker.
Next step
Tell us what you need protected.
Five windows or more and we will come to you with samples and measure everything. Fewer than five, WhatsApp is faster — send measurements and photographs and we will quote from those.
